On 02/16/24, McCormick submits to the Court that, given the history of this case to date, particularly as it applies to the Property (as set forth below), it is now appropriate for the Court (1) to enter an order modifying the stay set forth in the Receiver Order and (2) to authorize McCormick to proceed with a foreclosure sale of the Property in accordance with Texas law. Accordingly, McCormick respectfully moves for such relief.
