On 11/16/22, The Court concludes that the Motion should be and hereby GRANTED (to receiver) as to all entities except Gillespie Villas, LLC, Venus59, LLC, TRTX Properties, LLC, MXBA, LLC, and Titan Investments, LLC (the “Max Barton Entities”).
