Defendant Timothy Barton opposes the motion [DKT 185]. The Court GRANTS IN PART the motion. The Court GRANTS the requests to appoint appraisers, approve appraisals, and set a hearing. The Court must wait to rule on the Receiver’s request to approve the sale until the hearing has occurred.
