On 08/23/24, Receiver Cortney C. Thomas (the “Receiver”) respectfully requests that the Court schedule a “Show Cause Hearing” compelling Defendant Timothy Barton (“Barton”) to appear and show cause why he should not be held in civil contempt for repeatedly violating the Court’s November 29, 2023 Order Appointing Receivership [Dkt. 417] (the “Receivership Order”). The Receiver also requests that the Court enter an injunction preventing Barton from continuing his persistent interference with the Receiver’s duties.
